- Quark Xpress 7.0 or earlier
- Adobe PhotoShop CS4 or earlier
- Adobe Illustrator CS4 or earlier
- FreeHand MX or earlier
- Corel Draw 12 or earlier
- InDesign CS4 or earlier
- PDF Press or Print Optimised

FORMATS NOT ACCEPTED

- SVG, GIF, PNG, BMP, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, PPT/PPTX, PUB
- Artwork without 3mm bleed area
- Artwork without crop-marks
- Multiple artworks on one page
- Incorrect height/width proportions
- In RGB colour mode
- With missing links or images, which are not embedded
- Without fonts that are embedded or converted to outlines

Important Artwork Notes:
1) Positional proof - This proof is usually a laser or inkjet run off which we can only use for positional accuracy. Positional proofs cannot be used for colour matching.

2) Colour matching. If you send a match print or other hard copy printed material (i.e. letterhead, brochure) we will check your file prior to printing. If we cannot achieve a reasonable match we will call you to discuss. It is not always possible to match pantone colours using CMYK printers. Our printers and media are carefully calibrated but if no colour proof is provided we can only print what is supplied on disk.
Pantone Colours: these may be included n your artwork, although please notify us that your artwork contains thse or they may be converted to CMYK. Due to their nature we cannot guarantee accurate replication of all Pantones, but we will strive to match them as closely as possible.

3) Please make sure that the artwork files you send match our specification. We cannot be held responsible for errors that occur resulting form artwork supplied that does not meet our specification and reserve the right to charge for any remedial work prior to printing. Correct artwork means no additional charges or time delays.

4) Artwork supplied at less than 300 DPI or 25% scale can be printed, although the result may be unsatisfactory.

5) Please allow at least 40mm space from the artwork edge to allow for any hems and eyelets.

6) If you are supplying artwork not created in one of the listed software packages please output your files as an EPS or Press Ready/High resolution Pdf. Supply all fonts used or outline text before saving.

7) Please supply all original files along with any imported scans, logos, fonts etc. Supply a laser proof with all files, marked up with sizes, scales, fonts, software used and any other relevant information. Please work to whole scales i.e. 1:2, 1:4, 1:10 etc.
