When will you deal with my order?We will process your order the same day that we receive it.
How long will my delivery take?Many popular products on our web site are available for next day delivery, others may take a few days. Delivery times for each product are indicated on the product pages. For all standard deliveries where products are in stock, we will aim to send your order out the next working day (for orders received before 3pm). We manage to achieve this 95% of the time. Where delivery times are longer we will keep you posted.
How quick do printed goods take?For printed goods deadlines depend on when printed ready artwork received or approved. Dispatch is normally WITHIN 5 working days, but often much quicker. If you have specific deadlines just let us know.
What time will I receive my order?Standard delivery is between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Do I need to sign for delivery?The courier will require a signature from a person at the delivery address, to avoid problems please make sure somebody is around to sign.
What If I’m not home?If there is nobody available to sign for the delivery a card will be left giving details of how to re-arrange delivery or collection from their depot.
Are your couriers safe and secure?Yes! We work closely with our couriers to ensure you get the best service.
Do I need to do anything if my delivery is large or heavy?Some heavy goods will require pallet delivery. We’ll state if this is the case. Please ensure you have the means necessary to receive this from our courier. Don’t hesitate to call us to discuss such deliveries.

1. ORDER - Place your order online and enter your shipping address at the checkout. You will be shown an estimated shipping cost.
2. DELIVERY - The international delivery charge is an estimate based on DHL worldwide shipping. Once we receive your order we will get quotes from a wide range of international delivery services to ensure we offer you the most competitive shipping cost. If there is any difference between the estimate and actual delivery cost we will contact you before proceeding.
If the delivery charge is not as expected you can simply cancel your order. Please note: import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing an order.
