MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If you are not entirely satisfied with a standard product (NON CUSTOMISED OR PRINTED) purchased from Discount Displays, we will replace or refund the product price under our 14 day money back guarantee providing the following applies:

• The product(s) should be unused, unassembled and in its original packaging.
• The product(s) should be in a saleable condition.
• The product(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you.

To send a product back under our 14 day money back guarantee, please call us on 0844 800 1020 or email us for a Returns Authorisation Number. Please write your Returns Authoirsation Number clearly on the outside of the parcel(s) being returned.
The Returns Authorisation Number is valid up to the 14th day. Goods will not be refunded under the 14 day money back guarantee after this time.
The goods can either be returned in person or through a courier to: 31-35 Wortley Road, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 3EB. It is recommended to use a fully insured courier or special delivery to return goods as a proof of delivery may be required.
We advise taking a picture of the product(s) and the packaging before returning goods in the event they are damaged in transit. We cannot accept deliveries that are damaged. This is to ensure a claim can be submitted to the courier.
The cost of the product plus VAT is refunded minus any delivery and credit card charges.

RETURNS

At Discount Displays we want you to be delighted when you buy from us. Occasionally though, goods may be faulty or get damaged in transit. In the rare event this happens, please follow our returns procedure by clicking the link below.
How To Return Goods

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND? We will make the refund once the goods have been returned and checked. Please note: certain card issuers have been known to take up to 10 working days to show the refund on debit/credit cards. Once we have issued a refund onto your card, you will need to contact your card issuer if the refund has not appeared on your statement.
