Our range of portable counters and workstations are ideal for exhibitions, trade shows, promotional events or as in-store sampling stands. With many of our counter workstations being flat packed for easy assembly, transport and storage couldn't be easier. Counters are great for giving a point of focus to your stand and are a cost-effective way of showing your branding with the option for custom printed graphics. All graphics are printed in-house to guarantee a stunning finish.

Portable and lightweight, our range of exhibition counters and workstations are a great focal point for trade shows, promotional events and presentations and can be assembled and taken apart in minutes. Many of our stand up counter workstations are flat packed for easy transportation and storage and have the option of adding custom printed graphics to effectively display your branding.

Exhibition counters may be open or closed at the back (sometimes lockable), depending on whether you require extra storage or prefer a seamless finish. Our pop up counters feature a simple graphics wrap, while the fabric counters are finished with a fabric wrap – either plain or printed with your graphics. Most counters come with a choice of table top colour to blend with any existing event furniture. Straight folding counters have a more traditional design, folding flat for convenience, while truss counters have a contemporary finish and are ideal for complementing truss gantries.

Display plinths are a versatile event essential, providing space to display products or leaflets, or even a laptop. Our plinths are flat packed and don’t require tools for assembly, making them a quick and easy display choice. What materials are your lightweight trade show counters made from?

Our exhibition counters are made from a wide range of materials to suit all requirements from ultra light portable counters that use lightweight custom printed stretch fabric graphics to more robust counters with aluminium frames and rigid panels. Can the design of the counters be customised to fit my brand?

All the counters can be branded with full colour printed graphics. Everything from a simple logo on a front panel to full colour branding on all sides. Some of our promotional counters also have headers that can be custom printed with your logo.

How portable are your exhibition counters?

All our counters are portable to varying degrees. They all fold flat and are supplied with carry bags. All but the largest counters will fit in the boot of a car and are lightweight enough for one person to carry.

Are the pop up counters easy to assemble and dismantle?

The quickest counters to put up are our folding counters. Unzip the bag, fold open the display, attach the top and you're ready to go. Pop up counters that use a concertina frame and folding counters are also very simple. Pop them up and attach the graphics panels and you're in business. None of our exhibition counters require tools for assembly.

Can these exhibition counters support the weight of heavy display items?

Being lightweight and portable, these counters are designed to showcase lightweight products. The swift display plinths can take the heaviest load up to 30kg evenly spread.

Do the Exhibition counters come with a warranty?

If you are supplying your own artwork, our free-of-charge Preflight Artwork Checks guarantee that one of our team will check the supplied artwork for any issues that may affect the final print quality. Please note, we cannot accept any responsibility for any spelling errors/typos on the original artwork file.

How long before my show do I need to order a counter or workstation?

If you are in a hurry, we have some unbranded counters available for next day delivery. If you want a counter with custom printed graphics the average lead time is 3-5 days from artwork approval. We check all artwork for technical issues before going to print, so please make sure you allow plenty of time for any issues that need to be resolved.

Are there options for secure locking mechanisms on the counters?

Most of the counters have open backs with storage space but no locks. If you need something more secure have a look at our lockable exhibition counter.

What are exhibition counters used for?
