How durable are promotional counters?
Our portable counters are made from a durable vacuum formed polystyrene. It provides an durable impact-resistant frame for the demonstration counter that can also be wiped clean. Can the graphic design on the counters be customised to fit my brand?
Yes, all of our counters include the option for custom printed graphics. Options include custom printing of just the front panel or the front panel and sides. Some promotional counters also have headers that can be custom printed with your logo. We use odourless latex inks to provide vibrant full colour printed graphics, ideal for food sampling situations.
How portable and lightweight are your retail counters?
All our counters are lightweight and portable. They all fold flat and are supplied with over the shoulder, zipped carry bags. All the counters will fit in the boot of a car and are lightweight enough for one person to carry.
Do I need tools to assemble them?
No. They all feature easy to assemble designs with no tools needed. Simply unzip the bag, fold open the display, attach the top and you’re ready to go. They are quick to assemble in under 2 minutes.
Can I use the counters for outdoor events?
Most of our promotional counters can be used for a limited time outside on a nice day in a sheltered location. They are lightweight and portable so be careful of wind and rain which could damage your stand.
Do the promotional counters come with a warranty?

Get your message across quickly with clear, easy-to-read text and avoid information overload. The first rule of experiential design is to keep it simple. Don’t try to overwhelm visitors with too much information.
How much weight can the Demo counters take?
The load-bearing weight of the counters when evenly spread varies from 10 kg to 35 kg depending on the model chosen. The weight load of the counters can be found on each product page. This weight capacity makes them ideal for samples, small products and giveaways.
Do you check my artwork before sending it to print?
If you are supplying your own artwork, our free-of-charge Preflight Artwork Checks mean that one of our expert team will thoroughly check the supplied artwork for any technical issues that may affect the final print quality and notify you of any problems. Please note, we cannot accept any responsibility for any spelling errors/typos on the original artwork file.
How long does it take to deliver these counters?
We have some unbranded counters available for next day delivery. If you want a counter with printed graphics the average lead time is 3-5 days from artwork approval. Delivery details can be found on the product pages.
Do you provide accessories or additions for the mobile counters, like shelves or banner holders?
Some units come with shelves and additional shelves can be purchased. The most popular accessories are desktop literature holders to display your marketing leaflets and brochures at the point of contact.
Can these counters be used for both exhibitions and retail environments?
Absolutely. Our sampling kiosks are particularly popular in retail environments but can also be perfect for demonstration stands at trade shows.
