A feather flag is not reliant on the wind to be visible &#8211; unlike normal flags. The material is stretched over a flexible tensioned frame keeping the graphic taut and always visible. Deciding on which shape of flag to go with comes down to personal choice, with budget also a consideration. Some shapes will be a better fit than others depending on their use. Our feather flags are available in sizes from 1m to 6.3m. Tall flags (5m +) are ideal for large outdoor events such as food or music festivals as they can be seen above large crowds. Whereas smaller flags will work great for smaller events such as a new store opening.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whilst feather flags are made for outdoor use, they can be used indoors. For indoor use, for example exhibition or trade show halls, the height of the ceiling and any stand height restrictions will determine the size of flag you can use.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><b>Single or Double-sided?<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Most flags are printed single-sided with the image on the back seen in reverse (at about 95% bleed-through) as this is the more affordable option. To create a flag with the image viewed the right way round on both sides, two flags are printed and sewn back to back with a blackout film in the middle to prevent show-through. Therefore double-sided flags are generally more expensive and slightly heavier.
