The versatility of modular stands makes them the ideal choice for regular exhibitors due to the staggering number of configurations that can be made. Need to add extra room to your modular stand?     Small Modular Stands

    These stands go up to 12m² and can be used on their own or combined to make up a larger display. These professional modular stands come at discounted prices with in-house design included. Any custom printed graphics are produced in-house to ensure a stunning finish.

    Medium Modular Stands

    Looking for something a bit bigger? These stands run from 13-25m² and are a cost-effective alternative to custom build exhibition stands. Designed to make an impression, these medium modular stands are available in a range of different designs and sizes. Combine with event furniture and you've got a fully functional exhibition stand guaranteed to make an impact.

    Large Modular Stands

    If you have a large floor space to work with and you want an attention-grabbing stand then look no further than our range of large modular exhibition stands. This range is over 25m² and can be used many times over, offering real lifetime value for money. Once you have chosen your design you can then send us your artwork, or we can design them for you. Once approved we will then print your graphics in-house to ensure your promotional message really makes a statement. A transport and full installation service is available or you can install yourself if required.

    What different types of exhibition stands are available?

    We offer 3 main modular exhibition systems: Expolite Gantry, Vector, and Stretch Fabric stands.

    Expolite gantry truss stands have a frame that is made out of lightweight and strong composite beams. These folding beams quickly fit together without tools, and with a maximum unsupported span of up to 6m are great for creating larger stands. Custom-printed rollable PVC graphics are used to mount to the truss frame, with a quick and unique clip system.

    Our Vector system uses a lightweight aluminium frame that is covered with bespoke fabric graphics that simply push into the frame. Vector stands can be designed with curves, arches and more for a dynamic and engaging display.

    Stretch fabric modular stands have a tubular aluminium frame, over which custom-printed fabric graphics are stretched. This modular stand system is very quick to set up and is ideal for small to medium sized stands.

    Which modular exhibition stand system is best for our event?

    Our 3 different modular exhibition stand systems have various strengths and advantages. The Truss Gantry system is very cost effective and can be used to create large-scale stands and backdrops, with a frame that can span up to 6m. This folding gantry system is also very quick and easy to assemble and disassemble. Our Vector system can be used to create stands of any size and also allows eye-catching curved and arched designs. Vector stands take a little longer to install, but permit more intricate and immersive designs. Stretch fabric modular displays are great for smaller exhibition stands. They allow varied modern designs and are the fastest stand system to set up, making them ideal for time-pressured events.

    What range of sizes are offered for these exhibition stands?

    We can produce almost any size of exhibition stand, with the smallest standard designs measuring from 2 x 2m and large stands of 7 x 7m or more possible. The modular nature of these exhibition stand systems gives great flexibility to design a stand of any dimensions. It also means stands can grow with your business.

    What materials are used in these modular exhibition stands?

    The frames of our modular exhibition stands use lightweight and sturdy materials such as aluminium tubing and steel. The graphics for the stands are printed on various materials, including rigid boards, PVC banners, and stretch fabric.

    How are the graphics attached to these exhibition stands?

    Our truss exhibition stands use flexible PVC banners that are stretched between the frame, to create a large and perfectly taut printed surface. They have a unique clip system which makes them quick and easy to hang. Our Vector stands use SEG fabric graphics as standard, which are vibrant, durable and easy to fit. They simply push into the aluminium frame.. The graphics for our fabric stands are printed on special semi-elastic material that fits snugly over the top of the frame for a smooth image that covers the entire surface of the stand.

    Can we replace the graphics of our exhibition stand?

    Yes. All of our modular stands are designed for easy graphics updating. This means you can reuse your exhibition stand year after year, to get the best value for money and return on your investment.

    How are these modular exhibition stands assembled?

    Our modular exhibition stands are designed to be easily assembled, with no or minimal tools required. The frame structures slot or clip together and the graphics either push into the frame, slide over the frame or attach using clips.

    Do you offer assembly for modular exhibition stands?

    Yes. While our systems are easy to self assemble, we also offer a great value assembly and disassembly service, where we deliver your stand to the venue, set everything up, take down the stand at the end of the event, and then return it to your address. Please contact us for more details.

    Do you have pre-designed modular exhibition stand kits?
