What is Dibond?
A very popular and durable Aluminium Composite sign material 2mm/3mm/4mm/6mm thick . A core of low density polyethylene is sandwiched between 2 layers of 0.3mm thick aluminium to give a strong rigid lightweight sign.

What size can Dibond be signs be?
Sheet sizes up to 8' x 4' (2440mm x 1220mm) can be printed. 8'x 4' sheet can be expensive to transport so we may suggest that they are supplied in a couple of pieces. If an 8 x 4 sheet in one piece is critical we can arrange for a van delivery in the London area or for nationwide deliveries quote you a pallet delivery charge. Popular Dibond sizes are A1, A2, A3 and A0
What thickness is Di-bond?
Most popular thickness is 3mm but it is also available in 2,3 and 6mm
Can Di-bond be recycled?
Dibond can be recycled along with other PVC products. It has a temperature resistance range from minus 50°C to plus 80°C.
How to install a Dibond Sign
There are many way depending on the surface. VHB tape works well on smooth surfaces. Mechanical fixing can be by drilling holes through the sign and using screws with colour coded cap covers or aluminium sign stand-offs. If you want to fix the sign mechanically but leave the printed surface untouched sign channel can be fixed to the rear using VHB (very high bond) tape.
