Not the frames themselves but the graphics do. The fabric is a stretchy polyester fabric, allowing them to stretch over the frame for a smooth, taut surface.

How is the display attached to the frame?

The graphic simply slides over the frame like a pillow case. Once on the frame, there is a subtle zip at the bottom to secure it in place.

What material are fabric tube display frames made from?

The frame is made of lightweight 32mm aluminum tube, providing a sturdy yet portable structure.

Do the frame poles have bungee cords?

Yes, the poles have internal bungee cords for easy setup. Each pole is numbered so assembly is very simple.

Will the display sag or bunch up on the frame?

No, the large diameter tubes are very stable and any movement in the frame is taken up by the elasticity of the fabric. The display will stay taut and wrinkle-free, without sagging or bunching.

Will my display have visible seams?

No. That is one of the main advantages of these displays. Your tension display will not have visible seams. Any stitching on the sides is minimal and won’t affect the display's appearance. The zip is hidden on the bottom of the graphic too.

What printing process is used for tension fabric displays?

We use dye sublimation for vibrant, long-lasting designs on tension fabric displays. The dye-sublimation process uses heat and pressure to fuse the dye into the fabric, resulting in a permanent, vibrant full-colour print. The high quality print will not crack, peel or fade over time, and graphics can even be machine washed.

Is the finish on the fabric displays matte or gloss?

The tension fabric displays have a matte finish which works well under indoor lighting such as exhibition halls.

Will the fabric display rip or tear easily?

With proper assembly, display, and storage, the fabric should not rip or tear. However, it can be damaged by sharp objects or improper handling so please follow the care instructions.

Can I use stretch fabric displays outdoors?

Tension fabric displays are intended for indoor use. Using them outdoors may reduce their lifespan and they are not suited for inclement weather. We have other outdoor display options for such needs.

Are the tension fabric displays weather resistant?

They are designed for indoor use. While they can be used outdoors temporarily under certain conditions, they are not weatherproof and can be damaged by the elements and even slight winds could topple them over.

Can I secure my display with ropes or strings?

Since our tension fabric displays are made for indoor use, they don't have anchor points for ropes or strings.

Will the design on the display fade or scratch off over time?

The dye sublimation printing process is very durable. The inks are fused into the material. It won’t crack or scratch off and can be machine washed at 30 degrees. With proper use it will last a long time.

Can I use lights with my fabric display?

Yes. Our most popular are our 10W (1000 lumen) LED lights. We also have 12W Pro floodlights, as well as a range of striplights. Both types include a clamp to securely clip onto the top of the frame.

How do I set up the optional LED lights?

Your LED light kit includes half-moon shaped fittings that attach over the top pole. The power wires drop behind the display are hidden from view where you connect them to a power source.

How do I assemble my tension fabric display?

Follow the numbered stickers on the poles for easy assembly. You don’t need tools they simply push together. Secure them with the push-button mechanism, then slip the fabric over like a pillowcase. Full instructions are included with your purchase.

What’s the best way to store my fabric display?

Store your display in the provided carrying case, with the fabric removed from the frame.

How can I remove wrinkles from my display?

Wrinkles typically stretch out when the fabric is attached to the frame. For persistent wrinkles, gently use a handheld steamer. Do not iron the display.

Can I machine wash and dry my display?

Yes, you can machine wash the display at 30 degrees. Allow it to air dry, and do not use a tumble dryer.

Can I buy replacement graphics for my fabric display?
